Our vision is to empower members to take collective action, support and advocacy for all through learning and growing together. Our mission is to defend the rights of and advocate for Supervisors and Assistants to Administrators who assist staff and members at OPSEU/ SEFPO, improve health and safety in the workplace and prioritize equity and diversity with actions not words.
We are inspired by our members — a small but mighty team— who work across all departments in OPSEU/ SEFPO, province wide. Our staff provide support to the Presidents office, the First Vice Presidents office, Financial Services Division, Arbitrations Unit, Membership Services, Communications, Equity Unit, Education Unit, Local Services and Collective Bargaining, Research, Conferences and Travel, Building Services, The OPS, The BPS, Regional Supports and Organizing. We take pride in helping staff do the work they need to do. This work supports OPSEU/SEFPO’s staff and membership. It is essential to the day to day operations of the union. We are stronger together
